Our Local Plan Response

Please find attached myself and Cllr Craig Timmins response on the overall Leeds Local Plan consultation, which we promised to share.

We will also be making specific comments on individual sites as appropriate.

Please do have your say in the consultation – there is just a week left!

It is important residents give their views on the individual sites included, but also on the overall methodology used for the assessment of sites – as this is key in ranking sites and choosing which sites would be selected.

It is important to note that these sites are not ones proposed by the council, but sites submitted by landowners, developers, residents and others as being suggested for development. The council must now assess these to identify if that is the case.
